About the activity
Wellington College has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools which can be utilised for training Summer School students about Scuba Diving.
Equipment including a mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device is provided.
Students learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of PADI qualified professionals.
Students learn about the scuba equipment that is used to dive and how easy it is to move around underwater with gear on their backs. They also find out what it’s like to breathe underwater and learn key skills that they will use during every scuba dive.
Dive Crew are highly qualified professionals and are local to Crowthorne.
